Program curriculum is intentionally designed for you to be able to immediately enter the HR field upon graduation. Human Resource Management majors will leave UW-Eau Claire having passed the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) exam. This certification proves your knowledge of — and competency within — HR practices and demonstrates your ability to do your job well.
